Aran is originally from London, born in 1978 in South Kensington, of Persian descent . Studied at Buckinghamshire Chilterns university where he obtained a honours degree in Business management and marketing, having completed his education he joined one of the largest leasehold property management companies in the U.K. Later moving into the sales environment applying his skills in some of the most established well known Estate Agencies in Central London in sales and Lettings . In 2002 Aran moved to Sunny Spain working and establishing himself in the Marbella Real Estate market working for two of the most well known and respected agencies on the coast gaining vast and valuable experience, this eventually prompted the venture into Arden Estates in December 2010. “Selling is not important, to understand the true needs and desires of clients is a far greater achievement“.

Dennis, originally from the Netherlands and born in 1977, moved to Spain at the age of 23. Starting his Real Estate career in the off plan market during the boom years of Marbella where he gained valuable understanding of the market trends to follow and establishing an important network of contacts along the way. One of his key assets being languages, fluent in his native language Dutch, English, German and Spanish, he found himself to be one of the key members of one of the main players in the Marbella Real Estate market. After having provided loyal service for nearly ten years before taking on the important role in establishing Arden Estates. “One of the reasons most Estate Agents are not good at listening, is because they simply do not listen. Of course we all like the Spanish lifestyle, but we all have a different taste in property”.

The latest addition to the Arden Estates team is Janina Janzing. Born in 1987 in Münster (Germany), Janina already has many years of experience behind her in the Real Estate sector in Germany, growing up in her fathers Real Estate company in Bremen.  Her recent move to Marbella has given her the opportunity to pursue a further career in the property market, using her expertise under the Spanish sunshine."I have always enjoyed working with people and I am very happy to combine this with my passion for Real Estate"
